Job summary

Steampunk seeks a Disruption Designer to guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, focusing on people impacted by transformation and change. You will engage stakeholders to embrace new working methods while identifying resistance and mitigation strategies.

You will lead discovery, workshops, and interviews to frame pain points, define problems, and determine change readiness, partnering with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in change management.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Experience in current state assessments, future state visioning and training plans.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery to understand client mission, stakeholders, and user ecosystems.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to frame pain points and determine change readiness.
• Synthesize research into personas and training plans.
• Develop and deploy change management, communication, and training plans.
• Develop, deploy, and measure KPIs for transformation and adoption.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality across projects.
