Steampunk seeks a Disruption Designer to guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, emphasizing human-centered methods to manage transformation and adoption. You will engage stakeholders and users to embrace new ways of working while identifying resistance and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include discovery, workshops, interviews, persona development, and crafting change, training, and communication plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in change management and best practices.
• Experience in current state assessments, future state visioning, and communication planning.
• Experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews and synthesizing into personas and plans.
• Strategic, holistic thinking with strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team experience in a project-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in discovery to understand client mission, stakeholders, and user ecosystems.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to frame pain points and opportunities.
• Synthesize research and craft stories to shape transformation recommendations.
• Develop and deploy communication, pilot, and training plans with stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy, and measure change management plans for organizational improvement.
• Collaborate on KPI development for transformation adoption in an agile setting.
• Communicate stakeholder and user needs across cross-functional teams.
• Align change management with technology constraints and platforms.
• Ensure deliverables across projects meet high quality standards.
