Qualifications

• Experience as a military or civilian contracting officer, acquisition professional.
• Experience with federal, state, and local procurement processes and contracting pathways.
• Demonstrated ability to win government contracts, pilots, or other funded work.
• Experience with software, AI, data platforms, cybersecurity, or defense tech.
• Established network across government acquisition communities.

Responsibilities

• Own or coordinate the end-to-end pursuit process for government opportunities.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across federal, defense, state, and local levels.
• Map decision-makers, influencers, end users, and funding sources for priority pursuits.
• Translate government feedback into concrete pursuit actions and requirements.
• Manage capture plans, teaming, and bid/no-bid criteria to support wins.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing inputs, and post-submission activities.
