Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. You’ll define the government GTM motion from the ground up, engaging federal, state, and public sector agencies to identify use cases, build pipeline, and close strategic deals.

You'll work directly with founders, product, and revenue teams to align solutions with government requirements (security, compliance) and shape long‑term strategy for the government vertical,

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling to government or public-sector organizations.
• Closed complex deals in federal, state, or regulated environments.
• Familiar with government procurement processes and long buying cycles.
• Built a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about AI transforming government services.
• Thrives in fast-moving, strategic and tactical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector in North America.
• Identify opportunities where voice and agents transform services.
• Develop and execute account strategies with key agencies.
• Navigate procurement frameworks and multi-stakeholder buying.
• Build relationships with public sector leaders and officials.
• Work with Product/Engineering to shape government-ready solutions.
• Represent at government events and briefings.
• Help define long-term public sector strategy as we scale.
