Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. You will define the government GTM motion, shape strategy, and close strategic deals with federal, state, and public sector organizations.

You will work closely with founders, product, and revenue teams to identify high-impact use cases, build the pipeline, and drive adoption of voice and AI solutions in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
• Experience closing complex deals in federal/state/regulatory environments.
• Comfort navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
• Experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for how AI can modernize government services.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments, balancing strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services and citizen engagement.
• Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
• Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape government-ready solutions.
• Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success for implementation and expansion.
• Represent ElevenLabs at government events and strategic briefings.
• Help define long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale.
