Job summary

GovSignals is hiring its Founding GTM Lead to build our growth function. You’ll work directly with the founding team across product, sales, deployment, and platform, owning the AI-native GTM engine that scales our reach with dashboards and outbound programs.

You’ll wire LLM-driven workflows and automation into a GTM engine, running high-velocity tests, translating AI-driven concepts into clear narratives, and shaping campaigns for federal primes, Fortune 500 contractors, and government agencies.

Qualifications

3+ years in marketing, growth, or GTM at startups
Experience with federal agencies or government contractors
AI-native workflow builder; ships automation across platforms
Designed and scaled a marketing system with automation and integrations
Able to translate technical product details into customer-facing narratives
Comfortable in automation, CRM, docs, and sales pitches

Responsibilities

Build the AI-powered GTM engine with enrichment pipelines and LLM-driven personalization
Run high-velocity growth experiments; ship daily, measure weekly
Translate technical AI into compelling narratives for decks and landing pages
Design and execute campaigns end-to-end across channels
Own metrics: CAC, LTV; build dashboards; refine strategy based on data
Collaborate with product, sales, and deployment to align GTM programs
