W.W. Grainger, Inc. is a leading broad line distributor serving more than 4.6 million customers with MRO products and solutions. This Government Account Representative role focuses on penetrating assigned accounts to drive profitable revenue growth within the Jacksonville geography.

You will partner with sales and service teams, develop territory plans, and build value propositions for each account while meeting targets. Geographic presence and relationship-building are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales, customer service and relationship-building experience required; military logistics experience a plus.
• Willingness to be in Jacksonville market 4–5 days a week with occasional overnights; valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain understanding of government contracts.
• Prepare Grainger Value Proposition for each account and align with purchasing needs.
• Create a territory plan to optimize calls and field time.
• Maintain account records in Grainger’s CRM (Salesforce).
• Grow sales across assigned accounts using multiple communication channels.
