Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in California seeks a Portfolio Management Tooling Lead to build and operate the CIO Office's demand governance tooling. You will own the Jira, Confluence, and BI layer end to end, configuring workflows, forms, and dashboards to automate intake, prioritization, and status reporting with traceability.

You will partner with senior leaders to encode governance rules into the tooling, maintain data flow, and support governance without owning prioritization decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence in an enterprise setting.
• Experience building BI views (Power BI, Tableau) from operational data.
• Ability to translate governance rules into system logic with data integrity.
• Strong communication skills to train non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with structured data and keeping multiple systems in sync.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration of Jira boards, workflows, and Confluence knowledge base.
• Design scalable Jira/Jira Service Management and Confluence architectures.
• Maintain data governance, field dictionaries, and release notes.
• Provide sprint/program ops support for cross-project scheduling dependencies.
• Collaborate with Atlassian admins on shared configurations and security.
