CrowdStrike Falcon Complete GovCloud is seeking a highly motivated manager to lead government-focused security operations. You will guide analyst teams, manage performance, and ensure FedRAMP-aligned service delivery while maintaining close stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes people leadership in a highly compliant, mission-driven environment. You will apply incident response oversight, governance, and data-driven operations management to safeguard government

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical information security professionals.
• Background in incident response for government/public sector environments is a plus.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance focus (FedRAMP, NIST) and security operations leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision and coaching for GovCloud analysts.
• Oversee GovCloud security operations and incident handling.
• Lead KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting for government customers.
• Own performance management and development planning for the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage program relationships and expectations.
• Drive process improvements and project initiatives across GovCloud.
