About the Role

CrowdStrike Falcon Complete GovCloud is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, technical manager dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting government organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our Falcon Complete GovCloud virtual security operations center offers opportunities to grow as a leader through a wide variety of operational experiences, building and developing the analyst teams that detect and respond to incidents in real time for our government and public sector customers. Managers in this role are responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of GovCloud analyst teams, ensuring service delivery excellence within CrowdStrike's Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)-authorized environment while maintaining strict adherence to the compliance and contractual obligations that govern our government and public sector customer relationships. This role marks a fundamental shift from individual technical execution to people leadership, operational management, and process ownership. You will apply intermediate‑level proficiency across performance management, coaching, talent management, team management, stakeholder management, project management, process and operations management, change management, and customer focus to build and sustain a high‑performing analyst team capable of delivering outstanding security outcomes for our government and public sector customers.

Am I a Falcon Complete GovCloud Manager Candidate? Do you find yourself energized by leading technical teams whose hands‑on work directly protects U.S. government and public sector organizations from the most sophisticated cyber threats in the world? Are you self‑motivated and looking for an opportunity to grow as a people leader and operational manager within one of the most compliance‑driven and mission‑critical managed security environments in the industry? Do you thrive on building and developing high‑performing analyst teams, managing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement within a GovCloud environment? Do you have an incident response or information security background, including experience in or supporting government, DoW, or public sector environments, that you are ready to apply in a leadership and operational management capacity? Are you capable of managing competing operational priorities, communicating effectively with government and public sector customer stakeholders, and driving accountability across your team? Do you love working alongside mission‑driven, smart people who you can both learn from and actively develop on a daily basis?
