AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Service Desk Officer for TAC2O program in Reston, VA. This role provides Tier 1 IT support for mission-critical SAP-IT systems and requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Office presence is required, with 5 days per week on-site contact and strong customer service skills.

• Provide Tier 1 Service Desk support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor network and server infrastructure; troubleshoot data equipment and apps.
• Escalate issues to senior staff when needed and liaise with users.
• Create and manage user accounts and install software.
