Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Manager to lead Starlink Enterprise Accounts for Civilian government programs. You will build and manage a high-performing team, drive strategy, and scale account management to deliver revenue growth while aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring customer success.

The role requires strong leadership, deep federal government experience, and the ability to navigate complex contracts in a fast-paced startup environment. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years working with Civilian government executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to Civilian government programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink; Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify and build necessary tools and capabilities to manage accounts in a scalable way; collaborate with software and finance teams to automate processes.
• Develop internal goals and metrics/visualizations to measure and communicate success.
• Own the customer interface from contract signature onwards including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
