Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create an exceptional guest experience by delivering our service philosophy of personal chef and friendly butcher. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and inspire meals while ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and ready for guests.

You’ll work in cold environments, handle cash, and support opening/closing duties. Join a team that values determination, humility, and teamwork as you help drive sales and keep shelves fresh.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging shopping experience as a 'personal chef & friendly butcher'.
• Provide recommendations, cooking tips, recipes, and product insights.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and building baskets.
• Replenishment, merchandising, and store readiness.
• Inventory support and receiving with care and accuracy.
• Operate the POS and handle opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet store goals.
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions.
