Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party in College Station is hiring a GOTV Data Associate to support the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign. You will provide day-to-day data support to campaign staff and respond to VAN inquiries, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution.

You will collaborate with the GOTV Data Team on SQL queries, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio dashboards to drive GOTV analytics and reporting during the critical GOTV period.

Qualifications

• No formal educational requirement; equivalent experience valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide responsive, helpful support to varying levels of technical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced campaign environment.
• Experience with campaign operations or GOTV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN support tickets and user requests professionally.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance to staff.
• Complete data entry, reporting, and other tasks within VAN accurately and efficiently.
• Support geographies/districts, including VAN administration, creating phone banks, and texting programs.
• Work with the TDP Data Team to identify and resolve data/tech issues.
• Complete GOTV data projects and tasks assigned by the GOTV Data & Analytics Director.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries as assigned.
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Data Studio.
• Use Google Sheets to support GOTV reporting and analysis.
• Document recurring issues, processes, and solutions for team improvement.
• Communicate with users and team members, translating tech issues into practical solutions.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities to meet deadlines in a campaign environment.
• Perform other duties in support of Texas Together's GOTV program.
