Job summary

Texas Democratic Party is seeking a GOTV Data Associate in Killeen, TX to support data operations for the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign. You will handle VAN tickets, troubleshoot issues, and run data tasks with Google Sheets, Looker/Looker-like dashboards, and SQL queries.

You will work with the GOTV Data & Analytics Director and Deputy Director on projects, reporting, and analysis to strengthen GOTV operations during a pivotal campaign period.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN support tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance to campaign staff.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and tasks within VAN.
• Support geographies/districts, VAN administration, texting programs, and phone banks.
• Collaborate with the TDP Data Team to resolve data/tech issues.
• Complete projects assigned by GOTV Data & Analytics Director.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries as needed.
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards in Google Data Studio.
• Utilize Google Sheets for GOTV reporting and analysis.
• Document recurring issues and solutions to improve team support.
• Communicate clearly with users and team members; translate tech into practical actions.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities under campaign deadlines.
