Qualifications

• 7+ years in PPC optimization with practice-level influence.
• Proven results from structured testing at meaningful budget levels.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads systems and measurement limits.
• Ability to give precise, useful feedback without slowing teams.
• Experience turning expertise into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Set optimization standards and review high-impact account decisions.
• Build a prioritized experimentation framework for the paid search practice.
• Coach specialists on diagnosis, test design, and interpretation.
• Lead cross-account analysis for repeatable performance patterns.
• Create playbooks for structure, creative, bidding, tracking, and budgets.
• Partner with Analytics on measurement and incrementality standards.
