Leo Marketing, a growth marketing agency with a strong DTC practice, is seeking a Google Ads Specialist for e-commerce. You will own Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns, manage Merchant Center feeds, product segmentation, and margin-aware bidding to drive ROAS and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce Google Ads experience.
• Strong Merchant Center and feed optimization knowledge.
• Comfort with ROAS, CAC, AOV, margin, and LTV trade-offs.
• Ability to diagnose feed, tracking, and product-level issues.
• Evidence of measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopping, Performance Max, and branded/non-branded Search campaigns.
• Improve Merchant Center feeds, product groups, and promo signals.
• Plan spend around margin, stock, and seasonality.
• Test creative assets, audiences, and landing pages.
• Build weekly performance narratives with commercial recommendations.
• Partner with creative and analytics on full-funnel experiments.
