Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Google Ads expert to own paid search in a competitive lead‑generation environment. You will build, optimize, and scale campaigns, linking ad spend to qualified cases and revenue.

You will manage large monthly budgets, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth while leveraging GA4, GTM, and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $100K+ per month in Google Ads spend.
• Demonstrated success generating leads or cases through paid search.
• Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, call tracking, GCLID, and offline conversions.
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on lead quality and downstream business results—not just clicks and form fills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and personally execute campaigns.
• Experience in legal/personal injury marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google Search campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Manage significant monthly Google Ads spend and continuously improve performance.
• Analyze CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
• Own tracking and attribution across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, GCLID, and offline conversions.
• Test ads, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies, and new growth opportunities.
• Work directly with leadership, intake, CRM, and technical teams to improve campaign performance.
• Identify wasted spend and opportunities to improve qualified lead volume.
• Build reporting that clearly connects marketing performance to business results.
• Use AI and automation where appropriate to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
