PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for Golf Clubs in Minnetonka, MN. You will engage customers in the hard goods areas, assist with fittings, and maintain a premiere in-store presentation.

The role emphasizes world-class service, product knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to handle returns, exchanges, and promotions while supporting front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world class service.
• Assist in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories).
• Help front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions.
• Maintain a premiere stock and visual presentation in the Hard Goods areas.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Support store operations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
