Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing transactions securely and promoting promotions. You will help with returns, exchanges, gifts cards, and loyalty rewards while keeping a clean, organized front-end area.

The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, building lasting Customer relationships, and supporting sales through friendly interactions and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and offer world-class service by using PGATSS service behaviors.
• Greet and engage Customers in Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process front-end transactions including returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain a premiere stock and visual presence in Front-End areas to drive sales.
• Ensure all Front-End equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments.
