The role shares ownership of daily plans with the Store Manager, leads staff, ensures product knowledge, shrink control, merchandising, and community partnerships. Full-time with base pay plus quarterly bonuses; benefits include paid vacation, 401(k), HSA, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or golf-industry experience.
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and present basic business reports.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Execute day-to-day plans with Store Manager and share ownership of the store experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on offerings.
• Control shrink and expenses; ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised.
• Ensure visual merchandising is executed and brand standards are met.
• Manage schedules and coordinate workload.
• Build external relationships and act as Roger Dunn brand ambassador.
