Worldwide Golf Shops LLC is seeking an Apparel Sales Associate in Santa Ana, CA to promote a customer-first store culture and deliver a memorable shopping experience for golf enthusiasts.

You will assist with in-store merchandising, greet customers, and apply apparel knowledge to help decisions while supporting stock flow and displays. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential commission, with health benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, apparel, or golf industry is preferred
• Golf knowledge is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values and the 'Sure No Problem' philosophy
• Engage customers with a pleasant greeting and drive an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist in in-store visual merchandising, signage, and displays
• Maintain knowledge of golf products, promotions, and demos; work across departments as needed
• Manage product flow to the sales floor and assist with markdowns and clearance per guidelines
• Assess customer needs, make recommendations, and apply apparel knowledge to aid decisions
• Research merchandise availability and coordinate stock from stockroom
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and inventory databases
• Identify process improvements and perform other duties as assigned by management
