Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience OR experience working in the golf industry is required.
• A strong golf background is preferred, but not required if candidate has extensive retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values.
• Maintain knowledge of golf products and educate customers on offerings.
• Control shrink and expenses; ensure floor stocked and properly merchandised.
• Execute visual merchandising programs and floor moves.
• Ensure policy compliance through store management and audits.
• Monitor communications tools and adjust schedules to meet workload.
• Act as a Roger Dunn Golf Shops brand ambassador and build external relationships.
• De-escalate negative customer experiences and coach staff.
