Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values.
• Execute day-to-day plans and strategy with the Store Manager.
• Manage visual merchandising and floor moves to brand standards.
• Monitor stock, pricing, and store signage; control shrink and expenses.
• Build external relationships and be a Roger Dunn Golf Shops brand ambassador.
