Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a retail/apparel environment or golf industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the apparel industry and fashion trends in golf.
• Golf background/knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of visual merchandising programs and displays per company direction.
• Maintain knowledge of golf product, promotions, demo merchandise and sale ads to serve customers.
• Lead markdown and clearance management for areas per guidelines.
• Lead execution of visual merchandising standards, including signage and displays.
• Ensure policy compliance through meetings, walkthroughs, and audits.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database and requisition from stockroom.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records for the department.
• Identify process improvements once fully trained.
• Partner with Store Manager on apparel matters and perform other duties as assigned.
