Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in designated area and store processes.
• Demonstrates efficient process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and engaging athletes as they shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and ensures safety, loss prevention and store policies are followed.
