Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product information to help them choose the right equipment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members in their area.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards according to floor plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect and safety guidelines are followed.
