Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as the subject-matter expert in their store area.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase with efficient processes.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards following floor plans, signage, and price changes.
• Promotes participation in programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Fosters an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
