Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their area, focusing on selling skills and key processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in programs such as loyalty, warranties, or private label enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and policies.
