Job summary

The Bridges Golf Club is seeking a Pro-shop Attendance to deliver exceptional service and promote the game of golf within the club setting. You will handle customer interactions, tee-time bookings, and sales within the pro shop, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

You will manage inventory, assist with merchandise displays, and support senior staff in coordinating events and shop operations, working in a dynamic outdoor/indoor environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, is required.
• Customer service experience and basic golf knowledge are required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the pro shop and process purchases.
• Respond to inquiries and book tee-times by phone or in person.
• Manage inventory and merchandise displays; restock shirts, socks, hats and balls.
• Marshal, start, and coordinate outside services as needed.
• Support Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators.
