Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Pro Shop Clerk to greet customers, handle sales, and coordinate golf course tee-time reservations. You will operate the register, process payments, and ensure the pro shop is neat and stocked. You will also assist golfers with tee-offs and GHIN score posting, while promoting courses and memberships.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory communication to the Pro Shop Manager, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers the telephone courteously, and completes sales transactions.
• Completes golf course reservations including reserving and scheduling tee times.
• Operates the cash register, receives payment from customers in cash or credit card, and provides accurate change.
• Cleans and maintains the pro shop store.
• Assists golfers with all aspects of golf, including tee off and posting scores in GHIN.
