Job summary

Invited seeks a Golf Shop Supervisor to promote golf and ensure smooth shop operations at the club. You will oversee merchandising, inventory control, and outside services while collaborating with the Golf Operations team to deliver outstanding member experiences.

The role emphasizes organized displays, guest service, and staff leadership, reporting to the Director of Retail. Prior golf operations and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years golf operations experience and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of golf rules and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member/guest inquiries and assist with tee times.
• Manage tee sheet, walk-ups, pairings and guest fee collection.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising: organize, restock, track stock levels.
• Process merchandise returns and issue credits.
• Oversee inside and outside golf operations and staff.
• Promote golf and club offerings with high service standards.
• Perform closing duties and ensure tasks are completed per guidelines.
• Train staff to meet operational standards and safety guidelines.
