Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game and service at our club pro-shop. You will assist members and guests with merchandise selections, manage tee-times, and maintain an organized shop environment.

You’ll also support inventory management and collaborate with the pro-shop and golf operations teams to deliver a high standard of service. The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate cash handling, and adherence to club procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Familiarity with golf operations, equipment and etiquette is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for member and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop and process charges at the register.
• Manage tee-time bookings and assist with member/guest inquiries.
• Oversee inventory and display, restock merchandise, and handle returns/credits.
• Support course operations and coordinate with golf staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with daily closeout and reporting per club guidelines.
