Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club, assist with Pro Shop activities, and coordinate golf-related services to elevate member and guest experiences. You will promote the game of golf while aligning with company policies and high service standards.

The role focuses on staff training, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (associate level).
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor essential.
• Experience in club operations and member service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and promote golf programs.
• Support pro shop operations and manage handicap program activities.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory planning, and product displays/pricing promotions.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and staff on customer service, tee times, and check-in procedures.
• Ensure consistent operation standards across staging areas, ranges, and cart storage.
