Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote golf products and provide outstanding service to members and guests. You will help customers with merchandise, process transactions at the Pro Shop, and assist with tee-time bookings while upholding club standards.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic golf knowledge, and previous customer service or retail experience. Weekend availability is often needed to meet club operations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, process charges at the register, and check in players for rounds.
• Maintain orderly merchandis e displays and assist with inventory.
• Answer questions about club services, events, and merchandise.
• Support tee-time bookings and assist with course operations as needed.
• Move and restock merchandise, manage returns and credits per policy.
