Job summary

Invited's Golf Shop Attendant role offers exposure to a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional member and guest service in the pro shop. You will assist with merchandise, process transactions, manage tee times, and help maintain an inviting shop that reflects the club's standards.

You'll support inventory control, coordinate with pro shop and golf operations staff, and contribute to daily closeout procedures while upholding professional standards and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail with basic golf operations knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with members and guests.
• Organizational skills to maintain shop presentation and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and assist with merchandise selections at the pro shop.
• Process charges at the register and check in players before their round.
• Manage tee-time bookings in person or by phone and assist with returns/credits.
• Maintain organized shop displays and stock levels of apparel, gloves, hats and balls.
• Support course operations and coordinate with golf operations staff.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Head Golf Pro, GM and Tournament Coordinators.
• Execute end-of-day reporting and closeout procedures.
