Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop by welcoming golfers, processing charges, and checking in players.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain operational standards.
• Handle member/guest inquiries, manage tee-time bookings in person and by phone.
• Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor to provide a superior customer experience.
• Oversee inventory by checking in merchandise, organizing displays, and restocking frequent items.
• Assist with course operations and coordinate with pro-shop and golf operations staff.
• Provide support to Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators.
• Attend daily briefings and ensure shop areas are tidy and merchandised.
