Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and the club’s offerings while delivering outstanding member and guest service. You will help customers with merchandise, process purchases, and keep the pro shop organized and inviting.

You’ll support inventory, tee-time bookings, and daily golf shop operations, working closely with pro-shop staff to ensure a high standard of service for all players and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Basic understanding of golf operations and etiquette.
• Strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and process charges at the register.
• Check in players before their round and manage tee-time bookings.
• Maintain an organized golf shop and inventory display areas.
• Assist with course operations and coordinate with golf staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Support daily shop operations and end-of-day procedures.
