Job summary

Invited, a leader in private clubs, seeks a Golf Shop Attendant to promote golf, assist members and guests with merchandise and events, and ensure a first-class shopping experience.

You will help inventory, assist with tee-time bookings, and collaborate with the pro-shop team to maintain an organized, welcoming shop. Prior customer service or retail experience and knowledge of golf merchandise are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, equipment, and etiquette helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests in the pro-shop.
• Assist with merchandise selections and maintain an organized shop.
• Process charges at the register and handle tee-time bookings.
• Support inventory management and restock merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with pro-shop staff to ensure smooth golf operations.
• Assist with course operations and outside services as required.
• Complete end-of-day procedures and maintain shop cleanliness.
