Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote club services and deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop. You will assist members with merchandise, process purchases, and help manage inventory and tee-time bookings.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic knowledge of golf merchandise, and the ability to work with both customers and golf operations staff to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with merchandise selections and checkout.
• Process charges at the register and manage tee-time bookings when needed.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing golf shop and restock as required.
• Provide information on club services and events to members and guests.
• Assist with inventory control, returns, and credits per procedures.
• Support golf operations staff and pro-shop team for seamless service.
