Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.

The role includes merchandise assistance, maintaining an organized shop, handling tee-time bookings, and supporting inventory management to ensure a high standard of service at the club.

You will work with the pro-shop team, assist with daily operations, and help with end-of-day closeout procedures, while following all club policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail, basic golf operations knowledge.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with members/guests.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for shop presentation and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and accurately process charges at the register.
• Check in all players before their round.
• Handle member/guest inquiries and tee-time bookings.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor for a superior customer experience.
• Oversee inventory, organize display areas, and restock merchandise.
• Assist with course operations and coordinate with pro-shop and golf operations staff.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth golf events and daily procedures.
• Perform end-of-day closeout tasks and reporting.
