Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game, assist members and guests, and maintain an organized pro shop. You will welcome golfers, process charges at the register, check-in players, and provide information on club services and events.

The role supports inventory management, coordinates with pro-shop and golf operations, handles returns, and assists with course operations and daily closeout procedures while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with golf merchandise and etiquette.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and guests, process charges at the register, and check in players before their round.
• Handle member/guest inquiries and assist with tee-time bookings in person and by phone.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing golf shop and manage inventory.
• Assist with course operations and coordinate with pro-shop and golf operations staff.
• Support daily end-of-day closeout procedures and report accurately.
