Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer in Front-End areas and provide world-class service.
• Greet customers and assist at Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty rewards, discounts, promotions.
• Keep Front-End areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing to drive sales and customer experience.
• Accept cash, credit/debit payments and gift cards securely per SOP.
• Stay informed about promotions and inform customers about offers and events.
