Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Westbury, NY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage shoppers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while delivering excellent service throughout the checkout process.

You will handle payments securely, offer product information, stay updated on promotions, and support merchandising to drive sales and create a best-in-class customer experience. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at the Front-End areas and provide world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Assist in keeping Front-End areas well-presented and merchandised to drive sales.
• Handle payments securely and follow SOP for transactions.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store sections as needed.
