Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Will stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in cashier/front-end areas with world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Answer product questions and provide store information.
• Maintain clean, organized front-end and ensure proper merchandising presence.
• Handle payments securely following SOP and promote store offers.
