Job summary

Qualifications

Strong listening and interpersonal communication for cross-functional work.
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service in Cashier and Club Desk areas.
Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards accurately.
Assist in keeping Front-End areas clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing to drive sales.
Process payments securely following SOP and provide product information when needed.
Stay informed on promotions and educate customers to maximize store experience.
Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer experience.
