Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Front-End, including Cashier Area and Club Desk. You will process payments, handle returns and promotions, and provide product information to ensure a best-in-class Customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver world-class service
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions efficiently
• Handle payments securely and according to SOP
• Answer basic product questions and direct Customers to store areas or team members
• Maintain a clean, well-presented Front-End area and ensure equipment and supplies are operational
• Promote ongoing promotions and loyalty programs to enhance Customer experience
