Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in golf retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of product categories and merchandising in golf.

Responsibilities

• Promote store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values and customer-first philosophy.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and training of staff.
• Educate customers on golf products and offerings.
• Control shrink, expenses, and ensure proper merchandising and presentation.
• Lead community relations and brand ambassador activities.
