Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or golf industry experience.
• Strong golf background preferred but not required if extensive retail mgmt experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf products & educate customers.
• Control shrink and expenses; ensure floor is stocked and displays showcase products.
• Execute visual merchandising programs and floor moves.
• Ensure policy compliance through meetings, audits, and store walks.
• Monitor communications tools and adjust schedules to manage workload.
