Job summary

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure accurate merchandising. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and a keen eye for reducing shrink while hitting financial goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or golf industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain a successful team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Drive sales, profitability and meet financial goals.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; manage scheduling with HR for on-notice issues.
• Ensure visual merchandising, floor stock and signage meet brand standards.
• De-escalate negative customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Maintain product knowledge to educate customers on offerings.
• Monitor shrink, expenses and audits; enforce store policies.
